Job summary

Flowline Mechanical Engineering FZC in the UAE seeks a Senior Production Manager for steel fabrication. You will plan, manage and supervise daily production activities, ensure targets, schedules and quality standards are met, and lead workshop teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years in structural steel, strong drawing interpretation, leadership and problem-solving skills, and UAE/GCC fabrication experience.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting engineering/fabrication drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities in large workshops.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC fabrication experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets, schedules and quality standards are achieved.
• Manage fabrication of structural steel and related works.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Procurement, Planning and Site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and production efficiency.
• Ensure proper implementation of drawings, procedures and specs.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Control production costs, minimize waste and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company HSE policies.
• Lead and motivate supervisors, foremen, welders and workshop personnel.
• Prepare and monitor production reports and KPIs.
