HR 360 Consultants in the UAE seeks three experienced Production Engineers specializing in steel and metal fabrication to join our team. You will lead production planning, oversee fabrication, and ensure timely material delivery while coordinating with site teams and designers.

The ideal candidates have a strong background in production planning, quality control, and team leadership, with at least five years of UAE experience in steel fabrication within the construction sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAE experience in steel fabrication within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of steel material specifications, grades, and fabrication techniques.
• Experience in production planning, quality control, and team management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent coordination with site teams, managers, and designers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee fabrication of steel structures to meet project deadlines.
• Prioritize multiple projects to achieve production goals.
• Conduct QC inspections at receiving, cutting, welding, painting, and delivery.
• Supervise material procurement, inspection, and utilization to reduce waste.
• Provide guidance to workers and coordinate with site teams and designers.
• Prepare progress reports and document production status and issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve production methods.
