Job summary

Target Engineering is seeking a Fabrication Manager – Warehouse to lead the steel fabrication workshop for UAE EPC projects. You will plan, schedule, and oversee fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with AWS, ASME, and API standards while maintaining quality and safety across multiple live projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of steel fabrication management experience.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams in Oil & Gas EPC.
• Proven ability to deliver fabrication scopes within demanding schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop fabrication plans and schedules aligned with project priorities.
• Oversee fabrication of steel components and assemblies to AWS/ASME/API standards.
• Ensure QA/QC, inspections, NDT, and documentation are completed.
• Monitor safety and drive a zero-incident culture.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement; report progress.
