Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Station Supervisor to lead a team of Station Agents and Customer Service Agents in a major transit environment. You will ensure safety, reliability and a world-class customer experience across station operations.

Responsibilities include staffing oversight, communications, incident reporting, crowd control and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth train services and passenger flow.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff and external parties.
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Station Agents and Customer Service Agents to deliver saf e, world class station services.
• Shift / duty supervision of station and staff authority.
• Ensure station facilities are safe and in good working order.
• Provide effective communications and information to internal and external parties.
• Deliver public announcements and keep train/station information up to date.
• Oversee evacuation procedures in emergencies and monitor passenger movement.
• Manage station cash handling and reconcile where required.
• Meet and greet customers and provide high level customer service.
