Job summary

Etihad Rail Mobility is seeking a Station Host to greet passengers, assist with inquiries, and ensure a safe, smooth station experience.

The role reports to the Station Supervisor and requires a 3+ year background in customer service within rail or similar sectors, plus strong English (and Arabic preferred). The candidate will collaborate with onboard and station staff to deliver memorable travel experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, onboard services, or related field, preferably in railway or similar sectors.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills or bilingual proficiency.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers at the station and assist with inquiries and tickets.
• Support boarding, seating, luggage handling, and special requests.
• Verify tickets and ensure fare compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of waiting areas, restrooms, and platforms.
• Adhere to safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Make announcements for departures, arrivals and important info.
