Job summary

Keolis-MHI Dubai is seeking a Station Agent to deliver a safe, reliable and customer-focused experience at the Dubai Metro stations. The role faces passengers directly, ensuring a visible, uniformed presence and handling inquiries and ticket information with proactive service.

Responsibilities include crowd management, safe evacuation when required, and collaboration with station leadership to maintain smooth operations during peak periods and during engineering works or events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on passenger safety and satisfaction.
• Experience in frontline metro or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor station operations and ensure passenger safety and comfort.
• Handle crowd control and communicate with passengers via audio/visual means.
• Provide information on tickets, train services and local routes to passengers.
• Assist passengers including People of Determination and respond to enquiries with tact and professionalism.
• Report incidents and follow safety procedures in line with Keolis-MHI policies.
