• Audit safety, service levels, and coordinate emergency activations.
• Plan annual schedules, timetables, and feeder-bus integration.
• Lead investigations of incidents and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Dubai Police and stakeholders during emergencies.
• Audit and review security and risk mitigation plans.
• Review HSQE/RSEMS frameworks and risk registers.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across departments.
• Ensure multimodal integration with rail and feeder buses.
