KEOLIS limited in Dubai is seeking a Station Agent to deliver a safe, reliable metro experience for passengers. You will be the face of the Dubai Metro, providing information on tickets, routes and schedules while maintaining a visible, uniformed presence in the station.

The role requires at least 1 year in frontline customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage crowd flows during peak times, with a focus on accessibility for People of Determination and high service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally a degree or higher diploma in a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in frontline customer service in a metro station or similar setting.
• Experience with conflict resolution and customer handling.

Aufgaben

• Monitor station operations and passenger safety.
• Assist with crowd management during busy periods.
• Provide information on tickets, routes and fares to passengers.
• Distribute publicity materials and handle lost property.
• Support passengers including People of Determination throughout their journey from entry to exit.
• Meet and greet customers with a highly visible, proactive service mindset.
• Follow safety procedures and organisation guidelines.
