Archive in Dubai is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team. You will handle daily mis-en-place and food production across sections, ensuring top quality and presentation for guests.

Coordinate with the Sous and Executive Chef, lead junior staff, and participate in buffets and events while contributing to cost control and waste reduction in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course.
• Experience in quality establishments; good culinary skills.
• Ability to communicate in English; track record in food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
• Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure high standards and consistent quality in daily preparation.
• Instruct and lead subordinates during buffet setups and special functions.
• Coordinate with other sections on waste, costs and supplies.
• Guide and train subordinates to maintain motivation and economy in operations.
