Responsibilities

• Guide new startup and early-stage clients through onboarding. Be their first point of contact and ensure smooth, confidence-building first weeks.
• Contribute to improving onboarding flows. Identify friction and suggest improvements; help build scalable playbooks.
• Work on campaigns and initiatives that serve this client segment, including webinars and collaborative programs like Shop Local.
• Keep clients informed about new features and services with clear product marketing messages.
• Proactively solve problems, coordinate internally, and present clients with resolutions and updates.
