Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management and coordination across the project, ensuring alignment between internal teams, clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop, maintain and update the stakeholder engagement plan, register, communication matrix and interface tracking tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, construction teams, consultants, contractors and client representatives to resolve stakeholder-related issues and support progress.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, coordination sessions and progress reviews with clear agendas, action items and ownership.
• Track approvals, permits, authority submissions, NOCs, design reviews and other stakeholder-dependent deliverables.
• Prepare regular stakeholder reports, dashboards and executive summaries for leadership and client review.
