Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role focalizes coordination with authorities to facilitate handover, permit issuance, and compliance with stakeholder and employer requirements.

The candidate will interface with management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction, and authorities, applying knowledge of infrastructure projects, asset handover, and snag tracking. Strong English and Arabic communication is essential.

• Performs activities on assigned moderately-complex projects/programs to ensure handover, permitting and NOC documentation meets authorities, stakeholders and employers requirements.
• Regularly interacts with representatives from program management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction, authorities, stakeholders and other personnel.
• Manages knowledge of infrastructure, material selection, handover of assets to authorities, tracking snag lists, and documentation for various areas such as infrastructure, government, or transportation.

Senior Stakeholder Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Manager (Buildings) to join our team! In this role you will be the focal point to coordinate with the Authorities representatives to facilitate the handing over, issuance of permits.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performs activities on assigned moderately-complex projects/programs and/or functional area(s) to ensure that assets and documentation for handover, permitting and NOCs is in accordance with Authorities, stakeholders and employers requirements.
• Regularly interacts with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction, authorities, stakeholders and other personnel.
• Possesses working knowledge of critical infrastructure, material selection, handover over of assets to the authorities, tracking snag lists, documentation for one or more areas of industry such as infrastructure, government, or transportation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years work experience in related field
• Requires knowledge of Authorities procedures and practices
• Requires the ability to communicate clearly, conduct presentations to management, and interface effectively with a diverse group of professionals.
• Very good interpersonal skills to work with other departments in a tactful and effective manner.
• Very good written and verbal communication, analytical, problem solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Very good attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken & written in English & Arabic
