Job summary

Parsons is seeking a UAE National Public Relations officer/Stakeholder Engineer to join the construction supervision team. You will liaise with clients, government bodies, utilities, and contractors to manage interfaces and secure approvals for timely project delivery.

The role demands coordinating approvals, tracking stakeholder commitments, and maintaining registers while supporting mobilization, construction, testing, and handover activities.

Qualifications

• UAE National status is required for this UAE National role.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience coordinating with authorities, utilities, and stakeholders is preferred.
• Strong communication in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Supervision Consultant in stakeholder coordination activities for the project.
• Coordinate with Client, authorities, municipalities, utilities, developers, and third parties.
• Identify, record, and monitor stakeholder requirements, interfaces, risks, and commitments.
• Review submissions, permits, NOCs, and technical documents for compliance.
• Obtain approvals, permits, and clearances from authorities and service providers.
