Responsibilities

• Develop a Stakeholder and Communications Management Plan.
• Analyse stakeholders' needs and align within the Stakeholder Matrix.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and discussion of expectations.
• Establish communication protocols and manage confidentiality.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and prepare minutes.
• Prepare written and verbal communications as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for NOC requests.
• Proactively address issues impacting the Stakeholder plan.
