Qualificações

• Recognized specialist qualification in Allergy and Immunology or an accepted relevant specialty with appropriate subspecialty training.
• Experience appropriate to the Staff Physician position and applicable UAE licensing requirements.
• Eligibility for, or an active licence from, the relevant UAE health authority, as required.
• Strong expertise in allergic disease assessment and management.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients with suspected allergic and immunological disorders.
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, food allergies.
• Coordinate investigations and interpret allergy testing within approved privileges.
• Develop individualized management plans including avoidance strategies, medications and immunotherapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on triggers, medications and emergency management.

Overview

A premium private hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Staff Physician specializing in Allergy and Immunology to evaluate and manage patients with allergic disorders and relevant immune-system conditions The physician will provide specialist consultations coordinate diagnostic testing develop individualized treatment plans and support patients in managing chronic or potentially serious allergic conditions

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess patients with suspected allergic and immunological disorders
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as allergic rhinitis
• asthma-related allergic disease
• eczema
• food allergies
• and drug hypersensitivity within the scope of clinical privileges
• Evaluate patients with suspected immune-system disorders and coordinate appropriate investigations
• Perform or interpret relevant allergy testing and other diagnostic procedures within approved privileges
• Develop individualized management plans
• including avoidance strategies
• medication
• and immunotherapy where appropriate
• Assess and manage allergic reactions and coordinate emergency care for severe reactions
• Educate patients and caregivers on trigger avoidance
