Job summary

Lipton Teas and Infusions in Dubai seeks a dedicated SSHE Manager to lead plant safety, health and environment initiatives across site operations. You will implement systems, ensure compliance with local laws, and align with Lipton's SSHE standards while driving continuous improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in safety, knowledge of ISO 45001/2018 and ISO 14001/2018, and NEBOSH IGC (preferred), with hands-on leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Associate Engineering or Graduation in a related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in the safety industry.
• Awareness of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO14001:2018 standards.
• NEBOSH IGC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections to validate site safety and environmental compliance.
• Review hazards and assign corrective actions; attend daily operation meetings.
• Supervise safety officers and champions across all shifts.
• Lead safety and environmental improvement projects and initiatives.
• Support investigations, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions.
• Review monthly performance reports and present analysed outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure compliance with site procedures.
• Drive risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Organize annual fire and emergency drills and reporting.
• Maintain safety and environmental records and audit trackers.
