Senior Transformation Specialist

About the Role

Group AMANA is looking for a Senior Transformation Specialist to support the delivery of transformation initiatives across business functions.

The role will work closely with functional teams to analyse processes and performance, identify improvement opportunities, develop data-driven recommendations, and support the implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business process understanding stakeholder management and change management capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, performance data and operational gaps to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Support the design and implementation of departmental transformation initiatives.


• Conduct benchmarking and structured analysis to develop evidence-based recommendations.


• Develop presentations, reports, business cases and management insights for senior stakeholders.


• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate transformation initiatives and track deliverables, actions and milestones.


• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.


• Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication, adoption tracking and implementation support.


• Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, documentation and transformation repositories.


• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions to ensure timely execution.


• Support risk identification, issue tracking and escalation across transformation initiatives.


• Work closely with Transformation Leads/Managers and functional leadership to ensure initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.


• Support other Transformation Specialists on shared initiatives and deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.


• 3–5 years of experience in transformation, business analysis, strategy, continuous improvement, consulting, or related roles.


• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


• Experience analysing business processes and translating findings into practical recommendations.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting organizational change.

Preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt.


• Experience in business process improvement, operational excellence or digital transformation.


• Exposure to project management and change management methodologies.


• Experience developing business cases, management presentations and performance dashboards.


• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial or other project-based organizations is an advantage.
