About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant to join a large-scale strategic transformation program in Dubai.

The project is being delivered by The Thinksters in collaboration with one of the world’s leading management consulting firms for a major diversified holding company.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced strategy consultants, senior executives, and cross-functional teams to support the implementation of strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Management & Execution

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and measurable deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple transformation workstreams across business units.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, transformation priorities, and execution activities.
• Drive implementation progress and support the achievement of transformation targets.

Project Management Office (PMO)

• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, governance structures, and project management processes.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, implementation roadmaps, and progress dashboards.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, project updates, and steering committee presentations.
• Identify implementation bottlenecks, expedite critical issues, and coordinate resolution.
• Facilitate project reviews, governance meetings, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure accountability and timely delivery across transformation workstreams.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Engagement

• Work closely with senior executives, business leaders, and consulting teams to drive transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, external consultants, and project teams.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and executive discussions.
• Support stakeholder alignment and organizational change management.
• Prepare structured recommendations and presentations for senior management.

Strategic Analysis & Performance Improvement

• Conduct business analysis, performance assessments, and operational diagnostics.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
• Define and monitor transformation KPIs and value realization metrics.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement.
• Support the development of management presentations and executive decision-making materials.

Digital & AI Transformation

• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology-enabled business improvements.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, and process optimization.
• Contribute to AI transformation roadmaps and implementation planning.

Anton Khatskelevich:

• Collaborate with technology and business teams on AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Support the assessment of organizational readiness for AI adoption.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience at MBB, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Strategy&, or other leading strategy consulting firms.
• Proven experience in business transformation, PMO, strategy execution, or large-scale project delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including executive presentations, analytical models, and project dashboards.
• Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale transformation programs within complex organizations.
• Experience in operational improvement, organizational transformation, or value creation initiatives.
• Experience in AI transformation, digital strategy, automation, or technology-enabled business transformation is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience collaborating with MBB or other leading strategy consulting firms.
• Experience delivering transformation projects in the Middle East or GCC region.
• MBA or Master’s degree from a leading university is an advantage.
