Job summary

Uasmart seeks a Senior Project Manager in Dubai to lead complex tech initiatives across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments. You will coordinate IT and business teams, manage budgets and governance, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on ROI and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with RFP, contract management, implementation, and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience with budgets, business cases, ROI modelling, CapEx/OpEx, and financial controls.
• Experience with quality, testing, UAT, system readiness, governance, and release management.

• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Prior experience as a Software Engineer or Developer is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare Weekly Status Reports, Project Reports, and Steering Committee presentations.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
