ALGHANIM INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING&CONTRACTING is looking for a QA/QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi with 10–15 years of construction experience. The role involves monitoring compliance with specifications, approving documentation, and conducting site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements and quality standards.

Review and approve material submittals, method statements and technical documentation prior to execution.

Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with consultants for inspection requests and approvals.

Oversee material inspections to ensure all materials meet project specifications and are properly approved before use.

Witness and verify site and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with international standards.

Identify non‑conformists, NCRs, initiate corrective and preventive actions and ensure proper closure.

Ensure all work activities and materials are traceable and aligned with QA/QC procedures and project quality plans.

Qualifications

Experience: 10–15 years in the construction field as a QA/QC Engineer.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience in quality documentation and handover documentation is a must.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, material testing standards and quality documentation.
