Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC is looking for a QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance on residential projects in Abu Dhabi. You will implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System, review drawings and ITPs, and perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–8 years of QA/QC experience in residential building construction.
• UAE/GCC experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
• Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality procedures.
• Conduct inspections of civil, structural, architectural and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship quality on-site and identify non-conformities.
• Raise, track and close NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams regarding quality-related matters.
• Ensure all inspections and testing activities are completed as per approved ITPs.
• Verify material approvals, submittals, material inspections and test reports.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, checklists and site reports.
• Attend consultant and client inspections and facilitate approvals.
• Conduct internal quality audits and site surveillance.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, project standards and health and safety requirements.
• Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and successful project handover.

Requirements
