Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a senior product owner/manager with 10+ years in banking digital products. You will translate policy into scalable digital rules, manage multi-squad delivery, and drive onboarding/eKYC and core banking integrations.

Experience in mortgage/retail lending domains and strong stakeholder negotiation is required. This role demands clear BRD/FSD documentation and governance across projects.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years in BFSI digital transformation and process automation projects.
• Mortgage/retail lending domain expertise across onboarding, credit policy, collateral/valuation, disbursement, and servicing.
• Proven Agile at scale delivery with release governance and dependency management.
• Experience driving enterprise integrations (CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, onboarding/eKYC, Core Banking, document management, BPM, and Primavera Unifier).
• Strong communication, executive stakeholder management, and negotiation skills under regulatory constraints and delivery trade-offs.
• Strong documentation and product operations discipline: BRDs/FSDs, interface contracts, data/analytics requirements, acceptance criteria, and controls evidence.

Qualifications & Experience (Required):

• 10–12+ years of experience in digital product ownership/management within banking or financial services; demonstrated delivery of mobile‑first products.
• Minimum 5 years in banking domain (BFSI) focused on digital transformation and process automation projects.
• Strong mortgage/retail lending domain expertise covering onboarding, credit policy, collateral/valuation, disbursement, and servicing; ability to translate policy into scalable digital rules and workflows.
• Proven record of delivering outcomes using Agile at scale (multiple squads or multiple systems), including release governance and dependency management.
• Deep experience driving enterprise integrations (CRM such as MicrosoftDynamics 365, onboarding/eKYC, Core Banking, document management, workflow/BPM, and project management systems such as Primavera Unifier).
• Strong communication, executive stakeholder management, and negotiation skills; ability to lead decision-making under risk, regulatory constraints, and delivery trade-offs.
• Strong documentation and product operations discipline: BRDs/FSDs, interface contracts, data/analytics requirements, acceptance criteria, and controls evidence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
