Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the architecture and development of SME lending platforms, including origination, credit, and loan management. You will design cloud-native banking solutions and guide API microservices and integrations with core banking systems.

You will mentor engineering teams, enforce DevSecOps practices, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure compliance with security, regulatory and risk standards to enable faster, secure digital

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in technology with 4+ years in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SME Lending, Credit, Loan Origination, and Digital Banking.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation programs (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Hands-on experience with micro services, APIs, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
