Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced digital product owner in the banking/financial services sector, with 10-12+ years delivering mobile-first products and at least 5 years in BFSI digital transformation.

Qualifications

10-12+ years of digital product ownership/management in banking/FSI; mobile-first delivery.
Minimum 5 years in BFSI focusing on digital transformation & automation.
Mortgage/retail lending domain expertise: onboarding, credit policy, collateral/valuation, disbursement, servicing.
Agile at scale with release governance & dependency management.
Enterprise integrations experience: CRM (Dynamics 365), onboarding/eKYC, Core Banking, document management, BPM, Primavera Unifier.
Strong communication, executive stakeholder management & negotiation; risk/regulatory trade-offs.
Strong product operations discipline: BRDs/FSDs, interfaces, data/analytics requirements, acceptance criteria.
