Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Sr. MEP BIM Coordinator for large-scale UAE construction projects.

The role focuses on developing and coordinating MEP BIM models, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring coordination across disciplines to meet project standards and UAE authority requirements. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering, extensive UAE experience in BIM coordination, and strong proficiency with Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• 58+ years UAE experience in MEP BIM coordination.
• Experience with high-rise, commercial, residential or mixed-use projects and strong BIM software skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and coordinate MEP BIM models for large-scale projects.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between MEP, architectural, structural and civil disciplines.
• Review and manage MEP shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and design teams to meet project requirements.
• Ensure BIM models comply with standards and UAE authority requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to BIM modelers and engineering teams.
• Monitor deliverables, model updates and coordination schedules.
• Prepare and maintain BIM documentation and reports.

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting and construction company to recruit a highly skilled Sr. MEP BIM Coordinator for large-scale building projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop manage and coordinate MEP BIM models for large-scale construction projects.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between MEP architectural structural and civil disciplines.
• Review and manage MEP shop drawings coordinated drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants subcontractors design teams and project engineers to ensure project requirements are achieved.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards specifications and UAE authority requirements.
• Support project teams during design development construction testing and commissioning stages.
• Monitor BIM deliverables model updates and coordination schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate BIM documentation and reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to BIM modelers and engineering teams.
• Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving site-related technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 58 years of UAE experience in MEP BIM Coordination within contracting companies.
