Job summary

Brainstorm Headhunting Specialist in Dubai is seeking an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler for building construction projects. The candidate should excel in Mechanical BIM, Revit MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and overall building services with proven BIM coordination and shop drawing capabilities.

The role requires UAE-based candidates with 5+ years of UAE building/MEP experience, immediate joiner availability, and a strong eye for detail to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in building construction/MEP projects.
• Minimum 5 years as a Mechanical BIM Modeler.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Revit MEP.
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Immediate joiner and UAE-based candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings for building projects.
• Model HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical services.
• Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
• Participate in BIM coordination and identify potential clashes and design conflicts.
• Update BIM models based on project changes and site conditions.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Support project and site teams with accurate BIM models and technical drawings.
• Maintain drawing revisions and BIM documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators, project managers, and site teams to meet deadlines.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Mechanical BIM, Revit MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services, with proven experience in BIM coordination and shop drawing preparation.The candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Requirements
