Job summary

Facade Today is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator - Building Projects to support coordination activities across ongoing construction projects in the UAE. You will manage multidisciplinary models, perform clash detection, and ensure accurate BIM deliverables aligned with project requirements and standards.

The role requires 5+ years of BIM coordination experience in building projects, with UAE/GCC exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of BIM coordination experience in building construction projects.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Experience working on high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate design issues using BIM software.
• Review and update BIM models based on project requirements and design changes.
• Support BIM Managers and project teams with model coordination and reporting.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BEP, and client requirements.
• Prepare coordination reports, clash reports, and model review updates.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve BIM-related issues.
• Support the preparation of shop drawings, as-built models, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate BIM files, model versions, and information exchanges.
