Jaleel Holdings LLC in Dubai is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee QA/QC processes across the production facility. You will implement quality procedures, monitor KPIs, train staff, and ensure adherence to IMS and food safety practices to safeguard product quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regulatory bodies, supplier audits, maintaining QA data records, and partnering with production to address food safety issues, with a focus on achieving high food safety

Job responsibilities

• a. Communicate to relevant personnel all information essential to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Procedures.
• b. Manage and lead the daily activities of Quality Assurance and hygiene procedures.
• c. Develop and implement KPIs that monitor adherence to quality standards and progress in continuous improvement programs.
• d. Responsible for ensuring the employees are trained, understand and follow company IMS and food safety practices and adhere to established quality standards and safety guidelines.
• e. Responsible for external and internal product Analysis.
• f. Develop, implement and oversee vendor qualification programs, supplier audits and monitoring programs.
• g. Responsible for maintaining current records of all QA /QC data.
• h. Handles all communication and coordination of activities with all regulatory agencies.
• i. Co-ordinate with production for solving any food safety issues at the factory

KRAs

• Maintain good score in food safety and HSE internal audit and external audit ,minimum NC’s
• No municipality fines and maintain A grade statutory audit
• Reduce the customer complaint
