Job summary

Transrail Lighting in United Arab Emirates is seeking a quality professional to ensure adherence to project requirements, review records, and support internal/external audits. The role emphasizes compliance, site quality monitoring, and the implementation of good practices on project sites.

The candidate will perform technical reviews of test reports, update quality records, coordinate for audits, and liaise with clients to maintain professional relationships while driving quality improvements

Responsibilities

• Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the quality head.
• Review SFQP records, inspection reports, quality documents, and ensure compliance without deviations.
• Technical review of material test report / MTC/Checklist.
• Skill development of supervisor /engineer through regular quality induction training
• Attending customer quality audit by internal /external parties
• Handling the customer query relevant to the SFQP
• Conduct/witness of the material testing at third party laboratory.
• Preparation & updating of quality record.
• Regular monitoring of the field quality by site visit.
• Implementation of good practices at project site.
• Identification of root cause for quality deviation in the project.
• Participating in meetings and attending awareness and other training initiatives.
• Establishing professional relationships with client /customer
• Preparation & updating of MIS.
• Coordination for quality audit compliances
• Identification of construction material sources and approval
• Letter drafting and communication with client
