Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking a Senior Network Engineer based in the UAE to design, implement and support enterprise voice and VoIP solutions, enforce NAC and security policies, and deploy monitoring tools to ensure performance and availability. You will collaborate across teams, drive technical projects and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires 6–8 years of enterprise networking experience, expertise in SIP/H.323/QoS, NAC, monitoring tools, SD-WAN, and virtualization.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Proven expertise in collaboration voice and VoIP technologies (SIP, H.323, QoS).
• Strong NAC, network security principles, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer based in the UAE to design implement and support enterprise voice collaboration and VoIP solutions enforce network access control and security policies and deploy monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain collaboration voice and VoIP infrastructures
• Configure and manage network access control NAC solutions
• Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures
• Deploy configure and maintain monitoring tools to track network performance and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and voice incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions
• Produce and maintain technical documentation diagrams and SOPs
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineersEnsure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCIE Collaboration CCNP Security or CCNA Voice
