Our client is boutique, Dubai-based architecture and interior design studio, specialising in hospitality, healthcare, wellness and high-end residential projects. The practice is led by two Founding Partners who specialise in healthcare, hospitality and very high-end, modern residential. Together they combine their excellent backgrounds working at well known, international practice capabilities inside a boutique, hands-on studio with 45 staff.
The studio's design methodology is research-based, human-centric and rooted in a sensitivity to context, culture and environment, drawing on local vernacular to produce work that is modern, timeless and "of the place".
Their portfolio spans some of the region's most distinctive hospitality and wellness environments. The studio's design philosophy is distinctive within the Dubai market: rather than chasing spectacle, the leadership has built a reputation around minimalism, restraint, and a genuine prioritisation of occupant wellbeing.
This role sits at the technical backbone of our clients studio project delivery, ensuring that the ambitious design vision developed by the leadership and senior designers is translated into accurate, coordinated, buildable documentation. It suits someone who finds genuine satisfaction in process, precision and problem-solving, and who wants their technical expertise to directly support architecturally significant work across hospitality, healthcare and residential sectors.
