Job summary

e& UAE is seeking a Sr. Analyst/Corporate HSE & Security to oversee daily BMS operations, lead a team of Operators, and respond to alarms and service requests. The role includes maintenance oversight of HVAC, lighting, access control, and coordination with IT and other engineering teams to ensure system integrity and safety.

The candidate will ensure compliance with safety policies, provide training to staff, and assist the BMS Manager with reports, budgets, and improvement proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily BMS operations, monitor and adjust system parameters.
• Lead and coordinate a team of BMS Operators & Senior Operators.
• Ensure timely response to alarms, faults, and service requests.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for BMS equipment and related systems (HVAC, lighting, access control).
• Liaise with electrical, mechanical, and IT teams for integrated system performance.
• Assist in system upgrades, expansions, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain records of system performance, maintenance, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to BMS staff.
• Support the BMS Manager in reports, budgets and improvement proposals.
• Supervise and carry out operations and maintenance of computerized building control systems to ensure safety and security of staff and premises.
• Supervise and maintain BMS/Security/Access Control systems in line with Corporate Safety and Security Policy.
• Interface with Engineering Sections/Head Office HSE for operation, diagnosis and restoration during abnormalities.
• Control entry access to buildings, premises and sites.

• Ensure timely response to alarms, faults, and service requests.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for BMS equipment and associated systems (HVAC, lighting, access control, etc.).
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., electrical, mechanical, IT) for integrated system performance.
• Assist in system upgrades, expansions, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to BMS staff.
• Support the BMS Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and improvement proposals.
• Supervise and carries out the operations and maintenance of the computerized building control systems to ensure the safety and security of staff customers and premises.
• Supervise and maintain computerized Building Management/Security and Safety/Access Control systems do so in adherence to Corporate Safety and Security Policy and standards.
• Interfaces with the concerned Engineering Sections and/or Head Office HSE for both normal operation and diagnoses and performance restoration of the various systems during abnormalities.
• Controls entry access to buildings, premises & sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BMS equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and access control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency in using BMS software and tools for monitoring and control.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
