Job summary

M&C Saatchi in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to support a high-profile sports and entertainment campaign for Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open. You will work on content creation, imagery, copywriting and client servicing from our Dubai office with event support in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires strong project coordination, brand alignment, and proficiency with ticketing and CMS tools, plus a keen tennis interest.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in client servicing, marketing or project coordination.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and planning ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, media partners and ticketing platforms.
Genuine sporting knowledge and interest, with a passion for tennis strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Project Lead in day-to-day coordination and delivery of the client's marketing and communications campaign, acting as a reliable point of contact on routine account matters.
Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and status reports, keeping actions, deadlines and deliverables on schedule and flagging risks early.
Review creative outputs against brand guidelines and campaign objectives, applying a sharp eye for detail and consistency before materials go to the client.
Source, shortlist and select imagery for campaign assets, ensuring choices align with brand tone, event positioning and the tennis audience.
Assist with content development and copywriting for the EDM campaigns, driving awareness, conversion and product sales.
Support the media team in coordinating media partner deliverables, tracking assets and confirming placements are delivered as agreed.
Track ticket sales performance across the campaign, maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date reporting for the wider team.
Liaise directly with ticketing platforms and agencies to manage inventory, resolve day‑to‑day issues and ensure smooth ticketing operations.
Liaise with the web team/platforms to keep ticketing links and event information on the website accurate and current.
Prepare status reports, meeting notes and client‑facing materials that support smooth, professional account servicing.
