Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the Senior Project Lead in day-to-day coordination and delivery of the client's marketing and communications campaign.

You will maintain campaign trackers, review creative against brand guidelines, source imagery, assist with EDM content, coordinate with the media team, track ticket sales, liaise with platforms and agencies, and prepare client-facing status reports and notes.

Formación

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative eye for reviewing outputs and selecting imagery.
• Genuine sporting knowledge and passion for tennis is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Project Lead in day-to-day coordination and delivery of the client's marketing and communications campaign.
• Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and status reports.
• Review creative outputs against brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Source, shortlist and select imagery for campaign assets.
• Assist with content development and copywriting for EDM campaigns.
• Support the media team in coordinating media partner deliverables.
• Track ticket sales performance and maintain accurate reporting.
• Liaise with ticketing platforms and agencies to manage inventory and resolve issues.
• Liaise with the web team to keep ticketing links and event information accurate.
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes and client-facing materials.
