Job summary

Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the Senior Project Lead in day-to-day coordination and delivery of the client's marketing and communications campaign.

You will maintain campaign trackers, review creative against brand guidelines, source imagery, assist with EDM content, coordinate with the media team, track ticket sales, liaise with platforms and agencies, and prepare client-facing status reports and notes.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative eye for reviewing outputs and selecting imagery.
• Genuine sporting knowledge and passion for tennis is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative eye with experience reviewing creative outputs and selecting imagery
• Genuine sporting knowledge and interest, with a passion for tennis strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong plus
