Job summary

B. Braun Medical Gulf FZ-LLC is seeking a Specialist in Surgical Consumables (Sutures, Meshes, Biosurgicals) to drive sales in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. You will engage healthcare professionals, coordinate product launches, and support tender processes with the regional team.

The role requires medical sales experience, understanding of surgical processes, and strong presentation skills. Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office are essential for day-to-day operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Sales & Marketing experience in the medical field.
• Understanding of Surgical Processes and Indications desired.
• Team player with good communication and presentation skills, self-confidence and a high level of self-motivation combined with closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent language skills in English obligatory.
• Knowledge in common IT software, like MS Office, required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Customer / clinical visits & regular follow-up
• Staff presentations
• Product launches
• Forecasting & Stock management in alignment with distribution partner.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Implementation of global and regional strategies in local market conditions with the regional Business Development Management.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers and other stakeholders.
• Influencing tender specifications, conversion of tenders and pricing strategies in alignment with regional Business Development Management.
• Organize and deliver workshops, trainings and product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
• Assist in evaluations during product usage in the OR.
