Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification or equivalent specialization in Intensive Care or Critical Care Medicine.
• Minimum 3–5 years of ICU or critical care experience.
• Eligibility for Specialist-level medical licensing in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Assess and manage complex and rapidly changing critical care presentations.
• Develop individualized treatment and organ-support plans based on patient requirements.
• Manage patients with sepsis, multi-organ failure, respiratory failure, trauma, and other life-threatening conditions.
• Lead resuscitation efforts and participate in multidisciplinary ICU rounds.

Critical Care Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Assess and manage complex and rapidly changing critical care presentations.

Requirements

• Eligibility for appropriate Specialist-level medical licensing in Dubai.
• Strong proficiency in advanced airway management and life-support procedures.

• Excellent clinical judgment and emergency decision-making capabilities.

Clinical Leadership and Governance
