Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Specialist/ Consultant ENT to join a leading healthcare facility. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions across outpatient and inpatient care, perform ENT procedures, and contribute to education and quality improvement.

The role requires a medical degree with postgraduate ENT qualification, DHA eligibility, post-specialization experience at Specialist or Consultant level, and strong communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology/ENT.
• Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant level.
• Knowledge of modern ENT treatment protocols and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT care.
• Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice.
• Evaluate and manage hearing, sinus, voice, and balance disorders.
• Manage emergency ENT conditions and provide appropriate treatment.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists.
• Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
