Job summary

Astra ProMed in Dubai is seeking an experienced Specialist/Consultant ENT to join our leading healthcare facility. You will provide comprehensive ENT care, manage complex cases, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing and managing ENT conditions, outpatient and inpatient care, procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient education and follow-up. A DHA license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology/ENT.
• DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant level.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient ENT care.
• Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within scope of practice.
• Evaluate hearing, sinus, voice, and balance disorders.
• Manage emergency ENT conditions and provide treatment.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists and other specialists.
• Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure clinical protocol compliance.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions
• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT care
• Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice
• Evaluate and manage hearing, sinus, voice, and balance disorders
• Manage emergency ENT conditions and provide appropriate treatment
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists
• Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice

Requirements & Qualifications
