TalentSpoc is seeking an experienced Specialist Otolaryngologist (ENT) to deliver comprehensive medical and surgical care for adult and pediatric patients in a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. You will diagnose, treat, and manage ENT conditions, performing appropriate procedures with collaboration across audiology, radiology, anesthesia, and pediatrics.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT (MS/DNB/MRCS/FRCS/Arab Board).
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
• Strong ENT surgical experience and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations, examinations, and treatment planning.
• Diagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, sinus, voice and head/neck conditions.
• Perform minor and major ENT procedures within expertise.
• Manage ENT emergencies and review diagnostic results (audiometry, imaging).
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and collaborate with related specialists.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, options, and follow-up.

Job description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced Specialist Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist) to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. The role involves diagnosis, treatment, ENT procedures, and appropriate surgical management across adult and pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations, examinations, and treatment planning.
• Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, voice, and head and neck.
• Manage conditions including sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, otitis, hearing disorders, tinnitus, vertigo, and sleep-related breathing disorders.
• Perform and interpret otoscopy, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and other ENT examinations.
• Perform appropriate minor and major ENT procedures within clinical expertise.
• Manage acute ENT emergencies including epistaxis, foreign bodies, airway obstruction, and severe infections.
• Perform procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery where appropriately trained.
• Evaluate patients with hearing, balance, swallowing, voice, and airway disorders.
• Review and interpret audiometry, CT, MRI, X-rays, laboratory investigations, and other diagnostic results.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, pediatricians, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in quality improvement and continuing medical education.

• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.

• Strong communication and patient-management abilities.
