Location: Dubai, UAE. Position: Consultant ENT Specialist in the Hospital and Health Care industry.

Full‑time, minimum 5 years of experience. Salary range: AED 50,000 – 70,000.

Overview

This senior specialist role focuses on diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat disorders with surgical excellence and comprehensive patient‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnose patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient history, clinical examination, and diagnostic findings.
• Perform ENT surgeries including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sinus surgery, nasal procedures, and other otolaryngology interventions.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and diagnostic tools to ensure precise treatment and surgical outcomes.
• Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, pediatricians, and internal medicine specialists for integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, recovery plans, and preventive care.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and interns within the department.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in continuous medical education, research, and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
