Job summary

Stafmed is seeking a highly experienced Consultant ENT for a full-time role at a leading hospital in the UAE. The candidate will diagnose and manage a broad range of ENT conditions and expected to perform ENT procedures and surgeries within their expertise.

The role requires 3–5 years post-specialisation experience, board certification in ENT, and eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensing. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to governance and education programs.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Otolaryngology / ENT.
• Recognised Tier 1 qualification (ABMS, RC, UK CCT/CCST, German Facharzt, French DES) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in ENT / Otolaryngology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of ENT conditions.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck disorders.
• Perform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic ENT procedures.
• Perform and oversee ENT surgical procedures within the candidate’s area of expertise.
• Manage complex ENT cases requiring multidisciplinary care.
• Evaluate and manage patients with hearing, balance, sinus, and airway disorders.
• Develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Collaborate with audiologists, radiologists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support departmental education, teaching, and service development.

• Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAP
