Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive parts sales, solid cataloguing knowledge, and strong communication skills. UAE driving license is a plus; multilingual abilities are welcomed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and cataloguing systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Computer literate with good typing speed (30–40 WPM).
• Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi or others) are a plus.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand – handle parts inquiries and sales through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer needs and offer the perfect parts solutions to match.
• Prepare competitive quotations, follow up, and close the deal.
• Visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships and grow our customer base.
• Upsell accessories, lubricants, and add-on products to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to meet internal parts needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, quotations, and client interactions.
• Assist in inventory management—stock checks, reordering, and neat organization.
• Use cataloguing systems and inventory software for quick and precise part identification.
• Resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-first approach.
