Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in spare parts sales, parts coordination, or aftersales support.
• Experience with EPC, ERP systems, and inventory management is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify required spare parts and provide accurate technical support using catalogs, EPC systems, and references.
• Prepare quotations, follow up offers, support negotiations, and ensure pricing profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, workshops, fleet owners, and accounts.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and stock control for availability and delivery.
• Follow up backorders, special orders, and pending deliveries to completion.
• Handle feedback, complaints, and returns with proper resolution.
• Monitor market trends and product availability to support growth.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on quotations, orders, deliveries, and backorders.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, discounts, and parts returns procedures.
