Job summary

Hilton Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to prepare authentic Spanish dishes and lead the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs. You will ensure high quality, consistency, and efficient operations across the section.

The role requires 2–3 years in professional kitchens, with strong knowledge of Spanish cuisine, food safety, and presentation standards. You will help manage costs, maintain cleanliness, and support a high-volume culinary environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume operation.
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Spanish cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Spanish dishes following standard recipes and techniques.
• Supervise and support the kitchen team in the absence of senior chefs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling and stock rotation.
• Assist with cost management through waste minimization and portion control.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation and food hygiene regulations.
