Job summary

Minor International in Dubai is seeking a Spa Therapist to maintain our spa's luxury service standards. You will perform spa treatments for guests, ensuring a premium experience and adherence to wellness knowledge and product recommendations.

The role requires a licensed massage therapist with 2 years in a luxury hotel setting, fluent English, and strong interpersonal skills. You will contribute to sustainability efforts and uphold grooming and professional standards in a vibrant international

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist with cosmetology/aesthetic certification.
• At least 2 years in a luxury hotel spa setting.
• Knowledge of skin care therapies and beauty products/trends.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide spa treatments to guests in a professional and luxurious manner.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
• Attend to guest needs with calm and courteous service.
• Support sustainability initiatives and energy conservation within spa operations.
• Maintain high standards of appearance as directed by Spa Director.
• Review guest health notes and keep records up to date.
• Cover Spa Attendant duties as needed.

Job description

We need a Spa Therapist to keep our spa flowing smoothly.

As one of our hotels greatest assets were looking for passionate people to maintain the sense of health and hush in our spa. First and foremost were looking for a Spa Therapist with a great deal of wellness knowledge people who can recommend our premium products.

The Spa Therapist is responsible for performing all spa treatments to guests in a professional manner and at an exceptional service level.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous
• Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests however busy and whatever time of day
• Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously.
• Participate in the propertys sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.
• To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Spa Director.
• Review Health notes for each guest in Spa to ensure that they are being completed and up to date.
• To cover Spa Attendant duties as and when required.

You must be passionate about guest service have a previous experience in the same role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality. You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed therapist in a luxury hotel setting
• Must possess a license in massage therapy and a certification in a cosmetology aesthetic or related field
• A working knowledge of skin care therapies hair removal techniques and beauty products and trends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills:English Language
