Job summary

Accor invites a Spa & Sports Receptionist to ensure spa reception duties are performed efficiently and with a hospitable touch. You will welcome guests, promote spa services, handle reservations and payments, and support daily operations to maintain high standards.

The role emphasizes guest focus, calmness under pressure, and delivering quality service within a luxury hotel environment. On-site work in Dubai with Accor's global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel industry preferred.
• Experience and certification in spa disciplines of fitness or therapy preferred.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

• Oversee all reservations payment and tracking procedures established for the spa facilities as required.
• Create a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere.
• Promote all services offered within the Spa.
• Post charges in micros and carry out correct accounting procedures.
• Encourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered facilities.
• Coordinate with the spa team on daily operation for smooth running.
• Prepare spa area for Guests and refreshments.
• Keep spa areas clean and deliver high standard of cleaning services.

As a Spa & Sports Receptionist you are responsible to ensure that all Spa reception responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee all reservations payment and tracking procedures established for the spa facilities as required
• Create a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere
• Promote all services that are offered within the Spa.
• Post charges in micros that may incurred by Guests and members and carry out correct accounting procedures
• Encourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and available facilities
• Coordinate with the spa team on the daily operation of the spa to ensure the smooth and effective running of the operation
• Prepare spa area for Guests and prepare refreshments
• Keep all spa areas clean and tidy at any times and deliver high standard of spa cleaning services
• Ensure spa operation follows Standards of Performance guidelines and regulations
• Handle all customer queries and provide usage reports on linens and consumables
• Assist with stock control and inventory for spa products spa consumables and spa linens
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests and employees health and safety as well as protect and conserve the environment
• Comply with the hotel environmental health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in hotel industry is preferred
• Experience and certification in one of the Spa disciplines of fitness or therapy preferred
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
