Job summary

Fairmont The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Spa Attendant to deliver professional, friendly service and support daily spa operations. You will assist guests with facilities, provide product guidance, and help maintain product displays and stock according to standards.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone spa is preferred, with strong administrative skills including Excel. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, and reliability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist in all spa operations and know the spa menu.
• Assist guests with sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities.
• Provide product information and contribute to retail sales.
• Share spa menu details and special offers with guests.
• Maintain stock levels and display products per standards.
• Follow departmental policies, safety and sanitation policies.
• Report problems to Supervisor and assist in handovers.
• Attend pre-shift briefings and keep areas tidy and safe.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu
• Assist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc.
• Assist guests with product information and retail sales
• Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor
• Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.
• Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
• To report any equipment malfunctioning.
• To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
