Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Spa Receptionist to greet clients and deliver an outstanding Guest and Member experience, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.

You will manage bookings, payments, and consultation cards; be an effective salesperson; handle customer feedback to drive improvements; and uphold health and safety regulations while upselling with current incentives.

• Report accidents maintenance issues or other incidents
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

What will I be doing

As a Spa Receptionist for Doubletree by Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach you are responsible for greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
