Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to treatment rooms or relaxation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas and facilities.
• Prepare treatment rooms with supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Ensure towels, robes, and guest amenities are stocked and presented neatly.
• Support therapists and spa reception with room turnover and guest requests.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star standards in service delivery.
• Monitor spa inventory including linens, beverages, and retail products.
• Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to the Spa Supervisor.
